ATV, the leading private television channel in the Antilles-Guyana, must find new funding to guarantee its survival.
National investors are ready to commit up to 51% of the capital. But on the condition that local actors also support the project.
On May 15, if nothing is done, the commercial court of Fort de France will pronounce the judicial liquidation and the final closure of the chain.
It is in this context that the staff decided to mobilize to save their work tool but also and especially the television of the Antilles.
What if every viewer becomes an investor? What if each Martinican, Guadeloupean and Guyanese people joined forces in a participatory effort to save a television that they love and which has been committed for 25 years to the service of proximity?
This is the goal of this campaign to save the country's television.

The total cost of the project is € 500,000.
If we achieve the goal: we will have the envelope required by the Tribunal, we will also pay the campaign costs
If we reach € 500,000: it is our final objective which will help us immediately unblock the situation with our potential buyer
If we reach € 700,000: ATV will breathe and we can start a recovery under optimal conditions

FIRST LOCAL CHAIN IN THE WEST INDIES-GUIANA
ATV is a private local television channel, created in Martinique in 1993. In 25 years, it has established itself in the Antillo-Guyanese audiovisual landscape as a reference medium, the only credible alternative to public service.
Since its creation and until today, ATV has made a difference thanks to programs anchored in proximity. It is the first to give direct voice to the population, through emblematic programs such as Sa ka fèt, Place publique, An tjé peyi-a, the Journal of the municipalities.
Information is one of the spearheads of the channel which has managed to retain its audience around its television news, political news events and debate programs.
ATV is also entertainment and gives pride of place to local artists through recordings of concerts and musical programs.
On the strength of its lasting partnerships with the TF1, M6 and BFM TV channels, ATV is also unifying national programs, such as matches for the French football team, successful TV hook shows or the election of Miss France.
