I am Ketty MARIE-LUCE NUBUL, I am 36 years old, I am a mother of 3 children, and a business manager: manager of Délices sans gêne, a 100% gluten-free and cow's milk-free bakery.
Why gluten and milk free?
I am gluten and milk intolerant, and when I had to change my diet, I realized that the artisanal gourmet offer was less, and that during family celebrations and others, intolerant people were somewhat excluded because of their diet. So we wanted to be the bakery that brings people together, because we can all eat gluten-free, but not the other way around.
However, the financing necessary to create Délices sans gêne was not easy in a difficult economic context. We threw all our savings into it and received loans and grants, the delays of which unfortunately could have been discouraging. Far from it, we have launched with great determination by first offering the delivery of our products, then the recovery of them in our premises under development, and since the beginning of this year, we have we were finally able to set up our shop.
Unfortunately, our efforts are not enough, and we need you! We need your contribution in order to acquire professional equipment to increase productivity and better serve you.
For this, we need the sum of € 16,000 for furnaces, rolling mills, kneaders ...
We need you, in order to continue to eat healthily, without digestive discomfort, and while taking care of your health.

The funds will be used as follows:
- Level 1 : € 6,500 rolling mill + kneader
- Level 2 : € 10,000, purchase of additional equipment relating to the production chain
- Level 3 : € 16,000 per hour! We have the oven, and additional equipment.
In recent years, cases of allergies to gluten and animal milk have increased. Our pastry shop aims to attract more consumers to make them aware of this need to eat and indulge yourself in a healthier way. This is a great Challenge for Délices sans embarrassment. The growing interest in our know-how motivates us even more.
The essential risks concern the reflexes of consumers who, for lack of time or information, can more easily eat things that are not good for them in the medium and long term.
