Since 2013, Hibiscus Institut has been offering women, children and men hairstyles worthy of the best African-American hairdressers. Today, we want to boost our activity by strengthening our cash flow to keep our apprentice.

Our hair institute opened its doors 5 years ago.
Our passion for beautiful tailor-made hairstyles allows us to satisfy a clientele of women, children, men of all ages who appreciate our approach to the hairdressing profession: respecting the health and beauty of your hair.
From the start, our strength has been to be trained in the same way as the best African-American hairdressers.
We offer different services such as: cuts, "colors", treatments, keratin straightening, weave technique, straightening, natural hair styling, and many more.
And, all our services are based on the American principle of "TAKE CARE" (hair care, a true art of living) so that our customers have their hair in good health.
In order to offer the best of Afro trends, the HIBISCUS INSTITUT team regularly leaves for training in the United States.
We were trained by big names such as BARRY FLETCHER, official hairdresser of Michelle OBAMA, or even the very famous, SALIKA BATES. SALIKA BATES has been a benchmark in the beauty industry for 25 years.
HIBISCUS INSTITUTE: CONTINUE TO ACTIVATE FOR NATURAL HAIR
We want to strengthen and increase awareness of our care for natural hair that deserves to be better appreciated. It is also a way for women to reclaim their natural beauty.
Our project is also to make our treatments with natural and vegetable oils better known (coconut, castor, sweet almond, nigella, ...)

Always on the lookout for the latest innovations in cutting and coloring techniques, I
I am committed to regularly following training locally but also in the United States
and in Metropolitan France.
I have been Laurette, creator of Hibiscus Institute and Hairdresser Colorist Permanentist for 33 years.
Through my experience I have been able to identify myself, find a style that suits me and develop my own techniques.
I trained apprentices and prepared them for their early career.
So in 2012 I decided to open Hibiscus Institut, which has since continued to share fabulous hair experiences with these clients.
In 2014, I received from the National Federation of Hairdressing, the Merit of Federal Recognition for my dedication to the profession.
Hairdressing, a sector like many others being in perpetual evolution, requires rigor for us hairdressing professionals.
Numerous events bringing together hairdressing professionals from all over the world, such as the Mondial de Paris, allow us to stay in touch with new trends, techniques and materials.
Training and workshows are also made available to professionals or individuals.
This event brings together all the conditions necessary to update our knowledge and we all share this among hairdressers from around the world over 3 days.
Hibiscus Institut wishes to continue to share this experience with you in order to sublimate you.
Indeed, we want to bring innovation and new techniques to our customers. Providing young people with an opportunity to express themselves and teach them a trade is our priority.
We want to reinvest our knowledge, our techniques thanks to services which will always be as good and even better.
