ISABELLE CREATIONS, is a line of artisanal creations founded by Isabelle MOLÉ, craftsman, weavers in the Lyon silk industry and having cut her teeth with a great Lyon designer.
ISABELLE CREATIONS articles include collections of handmade bags (GREEN BLADE bags, satchel bags with the effigy of Martinique, ...), fashion and office accessories, tableware, home art, and items for toddlers.
One of the major assets of ISABELLE CREATIONS is to manufacture collections of bags based on GREEN BLADE. GREEN BLADE comes from the trunk of bananas and once transformed into veneer, it can be used in furnishings and fittings. It is marketed in Europe and offers a luxurious atmosphere where it is exhibited. Thus, ISABELLE CREATIONS combines the GREEN BLADE, with linen, silk, Calais lace. It is in unison that the materials come together to offer creations that are more unique and more exquisite than the others. The authenticity of these 100% natural bags is delighting more and more customers in the West Indies and also in Metropolitan France.
Today, ISABELLE CREATIONS wishes to recruit an employee, assistant seamstress to help her create her next collection. This new recruit will accompany Isabelle MOLÉ for 6 months. This recruitment will allow us to face a growing clientele who appreciate the meticulous work and the excellent finishes of ISABELLE MOLÉ creations.

Isabelle Créations' client is a woman of character, in search of aesthetics and the practical side of the bag of her dreams.
She is solicited from all sides, both in the private sector and in her work, and she wishes to remain beautiful and well dressed when she talks to the world.
While wearing her Isabelle Creations bag, she chooses the simple, refined shape, which draws towards a radiant elegance, with a beautiful combination of geometric shapes that are both rounded and straight.
She knows that her bag with a refined signature satisfies her main desire: an originality of the marriage of materials and colors which adapts to any garment.
Take part in our project to recruit an assistant seamstress for ISABELLE CREATIONS!
How the funds will be used?

After several years of working mainly alone, I decided to take it to the next level by recruiting an assistant seamstress. For me, it is a question of increasing my production, satisfying more customers. This assistant will have clearly defined tasks for the making of the new collection, the MUSACEE collection of ISABELLE CREATIONS (Musacea: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musaceae )
Challenges

The risk is for me to be able to produce enough to meet the demands. In fact, I often have to tell my clients that this or that model of this or that theme is not available. With this assistant, we work so that my loyal customers can place their orders and especially that new customers can discover the range of creation of ISABELLE CREATIONS.

Project Risks

My main challenge is to export more and more creations. Indeed, many customers were people passing through Martinique, or people who themselves had contacts, relatives, friends in Metropolitan France and who placed an order with me. I hope to make ISABELLE CREATIONS, a brand capable of delivering in France in larger quantities.
About the project owner
Born into a family of weavers in Lyon silk, the taste for refinement and aesthetics was passed on to me. Self-taught in sewing, I perfected my skills by retouching with a great designer from Lyon. This allowed me to work with silk, Calais lace as well as other equally noble materials.
As a child, passionate about drawing, a field in which I excelled, it was natural that the desire to create came to me. Martinican by adoption, I wanted to get even closer to nature and find an innovative material such as greenblade (banana trunk) for creation.
