I present to you my local business project: KAOLICO.
The name of my soap factory, Kaolico, is inspired by the main oils I use: KA rite butter, CacA O butter, O LI ve oil and CO co oil.
I am passionate about transformations and manual creations. After strong professional experiences in goat farms with cheese processing, I decided to create my own artisanal soap factory. Project originally included with the transformation and breeding of goats but which I carry out independently for the moment.
A MATURE THOUGHTFUL PROJECT
For many years, I have been creating soaps for my family and loved ones, based on natural products (often organic vegetable oils, clays, essential oils, plants, natural perfumes, etc.). I use the technique of cold saponification for this. This consists of not overheating the oils in order to preserve the quality and properties of the oils used.
I TAKEN A COLD SAPONIFICATION TRAINING
I now want to make it my job and share my know-how with as many people as possible. Although I started as an autodidact, I have since trained as a soap maker by cold saponification at the UESS ( U niversity E uropéenne des S aveurs et des S enteurs) of Forcalquier in the Alpes-de-Haute- Provence in order to perfect my knowledge both in terms of techniques and legislation to make it a professional activity.

At the moment, I have a temporary (empty) workshop that I have to set up in order to be able to start producing soap. So I have to make removable structures to be able to move everything when I have found a definitive workshop.

I already have equipment and furniture that are reserved for the use of the soap factory but I must:
* make an insulated curing and storage room for finished products (in order to avoid temperature differences)
* a storage area for raw materials (idem)
* a functional manufacturing room
* and a small office space where I will centralize all the necessary documents

I am Cendrine MOLINA
After a Literary Baccalaureate in hand, I went to the university of Mirail in Toulouse to polish my knowledge in foreign languages, and especially English. Although the subjects interested me, I felt that it was not for me ... I took a long time to find my way and I did many trades before arriving there. .
For a few years now, I realized that I had to do something with my hands. So I went back to training for a BPREA (Professional Certificate of Agricultural Operations Manager) in order to be able to have my goat farm. I worked, I learned a lot of things ... including my limits.
I am now a mother of three children and therefore do not have as much time as before, so I had to revise my project a little so that I can save time for my children and do a job that I like in agreement. with my principles of life (preservation of the environment, zero waste and a return to a slower pace of life or slow life).
What is certain is that I feel that, finally, I have found a job that fascinates me and your support is essential for me to make everything I have worked for a reality.
