Hello, I am Marie-Hélène BAUR. From my teenage years I discovered cooking by making simple snacks; such as French toast for my family and for the neighborhood youth.
Later, being very attached to Martinican cuisine, I wanted to have my own restaurant in order to offer a cuisine that would promote the Martinican culinary art and which would highlight the dishes prepared by sublimating the freshly caught fish.
Thus was born the restaurant "Le Vigneau" named after a periwinkle which was very present on our beaches in Martinique.
Today, Restaurant LE VIGNEAU prepares for its customers from Martinique and for tourists, original dishes made from local products. And, it is for us an immense joy to see them leave the restaurant, with a smile and the satisfaction of having had a very nice culinary experience.
After 6 years of existence and in order to better develop its kitchen, the company wants to replace its essential equipment (a new stove, cold rooms).
It is in this sense that your contribution is essential. It is only at Pointe la Rose au Robert that you will find this majestic and authentic setting.
As a reward, menus for two will be specially concocted for you.
Your contributions will encourage us to go even further in our commitment to offer you the cuisine of "LE VIGNEAU", fine cuisine with sparkling flavors.
Thanks to you, it is in our calm and soothing, newly improved setting that we will be able to make you discover "The Excellence of the Martinican Terroir".
The funds will be used as follows:
Level of 2700 €: We buy a new stove
Level of € 3,500: we buy a positive cold room
Level of € 5,500: we buy a negative cold room.
These equipments are essential for the restaurant.
We have a loyal clientele who appreciate coming back to taste the cuisine of Le VIGNEAU. We are attentive to the selection of our partners (fishermen and others) so that the products they sell to us are of good quality and with an authentic taste.
Our main challenge is to find the right balance between our careful selection of products and the price we offer to our customers. We make it a point of honor to offer good value for money to our customers
Hello, I am Marie-Hélène BAUR, young entrepreneur, manager of the restaurant "Le VIGNEAU".
From my teenage years, I discovered cooking by making simple snacks; such as French toast; for the young people of the neighborhood.
And, it is my passion for the cuisine of Martinique that motivated me to open my restaurant with a specific objective: to discover and rediscover all the richness of the flavors of local products from Martinique.
I take this commitment very seriously. And, that's why I appeal to crowdfunding to continue to promote our island and provided that our tourists leave our restaurant with lots of pleasant culinary memories.
