I am SABRINA BELFAN, female entrepreneur, creator of PARADISE SERENITY, a start-up beauty institute which has developed that I wish to set up in the North of Martinique.
I want to introduce the woman of Martinique to several types of massage from around the world just for her need to relax, to connect with herself (Californian, hot stones, ...), also massages and treatments from traditional medicine of India Ayurveda.
PARADISE SERENITY, a tailor-made moment of escape
Certain treatments resulting from this medicine are carried out in prevention against the psychological feeling of disconnection with the self, for example during a job interview. Because, in fact, your body experiences daily psychosomatic symptoms of stress that life imposes on it. Between fatigue, work-related tensions, or even repressed emotions, you need and you must relieve these ailments!
This is the reason why PARADISE SERENITY was born, our mission to offer you a journey of escape towards pure serenity. Today, we want to make known the Ayurveda universe. Ayurvedic-massage, a traditional Indian formula according to Ayurvedic knowledge, and including well-being treatments, is above all a great moment of relaxation and a subtle art that offers multiple benefits:

PADABHYANGA / BOL KANSU orMASSAGE OF THE PLANTAR VAULTS
Padabhyanga isa foot massage that includes a part of plantar reflexology.
At the level of the arch of the foot, we indeed observe a mapping of the reflex points that we will gently stimulate.
In this way, the whole body is massaged and areas connected to vital points are stimulated.
SOFTNESS AND FRESHNESS
It is a good massage for people who seek relaxation but find it difficult to be fully massaged.
The practitioner will oil the whole foot and then stimulate the reflex zones.
It is used in particular in the event of a problem of excess Pitta (too much fire; causing anger…).
It brings a refreshing effect. After a Padabhyanga, rubs with the bowl over the entire arch of the foot.
It is an anti-Pitta massage that removes excess fire and promotes relaxation, the foot being the carrier of a large number of nerve endings and is considered a part of the body related to Pitta.
ABHYANGA ENERGY MASSAGE orTHE VITAL ENERGY CONCEPT
Abhyanga massage is based on the concept of "prana" - vital energy - which plays an essential role in preserving the health of the organism as a whole. During a session, the practitioner is thus led to study the whole body, in order to detect and eliminate any blockages, hampering energy circulation. The practitioner exercises his gestures on the numerous energy centers of the client's body. These areas are also called the "chakras".
TONIFY THE BODY AND HARMONIZE THE MIND
Beyond the general harmony found, the abhyanga massage has a beneficial and toning action on the muscles. It also helps to soften the joints, cleanse the body and increase energy. In addition, it stimulates the nervous system and is known to promote sleep. The practitioner acts by gentle and sliding pressure, in a circular fashion, but also by friction.
A MOMENT TO PICK UP
A true technique of relaxation and well-being, abhyanga massage thus has the particularity of considering body and mind as a whole. This formula is particularly suitable for people stressed by active life. The session thus takes place in absolute calm and relaxation, to allow the client to relax and let go.
SCRUB + WRAP
PARADISE SERENITY offers the revitalizing scrub whicheliminates dead cells accumulated on the surface of the epidermis and promotes better oxygenation of the skin and stimulates microcirculation.
How the funds will be used?
The funds will be used for the renovation of the premises and the purchase of equipment and furniture. Indeed, having a practice would allow PARADISE SERENITY to offer its clients quality body care but also to benefit from: - Lymphatic drainage thanks to the pressotherapy which makes it possible to fight effectively against the problems of circulation of the blood and in particular the heavy legs. - Heating blanket that will promote sweating and lipolysis in order to eliminate waste and of course the relaxation of the muscles. - Cold wrap sheets, which gives the body a moment of relaxation but also drains the excess water retained in the tissues.
Challenges
It is important for PARADISE SERENITY to guide the client as well as possible to have good self-esteem. To do this, we must be attentive to its expectations in order to guarantee a quality service. The risk we take on a daily basis is a possible wrong orientation.
Project Risks
Development leads to new perspectives. Regarding PARADISE SERENITY, it will be a question of setting up a network of collaborators, all in the well-being environment whose main objective will be to meet all customer expectations.
My name is Sabrina BELFAN, I am young, motivated and dynamic, I declare myself ambassador of my island, Martinique because I want to invest in projects that will benefit the well-being of the island and its inhabitants.
After having worked in various sectors of activity, there was a moment in my life when I said to myself: “it's not me, it's not what I really want to do…”.
So I took a step back in order to refocus on the essentials. It is not easy, nor quick, but important for our personal development.
My mastery of body care and physiology and techniques from Ayurveda come from the Vedic training provided by Fabien Correch, French practitioner, has been providing Ayurvedic care for about fifteen years. He is a certified Ayurvedic practitioner specializing in panchakarma and trained at the Nisarga-Gram Institut in Pune (India).
I have been on the adventure of self-entrepreneurship for almost 1 year. During this period I had the opportunity to integrate several concepts such as "Brunch Zen Parenthesis" at the Graine de Plénitude Center in François, massage on the beach during "Les Saturdays du Carême" with Raphaël Concept 972 in Bellefontaine, the " Vegetal & Detox Market ”at Hyper U le Rond-Point or even“ Ti Time ”for the CGOSH.
Aware of the challenges of a healthy lifestyle on the body and the importance of good support. Today my clients trust me to offer them a unique moment of escape that allows them to let go.
